Thanks for the heads up letter regarding the friendly dealer program. I went to the Suburban Dealer in Novi. In about three hours i left with 2012 Town and Country mini van. They were cooperative and friendly and really took care of all my needs regarding trading in my 2009 Town and Country mini van .

Check your service contract!

I just took my 2010 Caliber to Southfield C-J for 6000 mile service. The recommended service includes rotating the tires. The write up people said that my service contract did not cover that.

The contract says it covers all recommended services but the Chrysler computer system on lists oil and filter changes.

After about 45 minutes of discussion Southfield did the rotation at no charge. I contacted the service contract people at 800- 521-9952 and they confirmed that almost all normal maintenance as …

Szott C/J exceeds expectations

From NCRO Member NOV2002:  My comments are about Szott C/J, in White Lake, MI. I purchased a new minivan from them last November – just before the Lease Car Program was reinstated! Bottom line: they have gone beyond my expectations to make sure that I am a happy customer. Their General Sales Manager – Doug Ducat, has been a real gentleman. Beyond the Sales floor, the Service group has been prompt and efficient on any required visits. I would certainly go to them again.
