In the newly released Total Quality Index, trans-Atlantic automaker Fiat Chrysler was named the industry’s top-ranked manufacturer, with six models, including the little Fiat 500 and the Dodge Charger muscle car, named best-in-segment.

That might come as a shock to anyone who caught a different survey released exactly a month ago by the well-regarded research group J.D. Power and Associates. Fiat Chrysler CEO Marchionne Possibly on Prowl for a Deal With GM

NEW YORK (TheStreet) — Bought or be bought? Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCAU), would rather not say. What he will discuss is the auto industry consolidation, in which FCA intends to participate.

Earlier in the week, sources told Reuters that Marchionne is determined to execute a major deal before stepping down in 2019, possibly in the U.S. and possibly with General Motors. RHCA: Timing for Funding from Merrill Lynch to Your Spending Account

What is the timing involved in receiving reimbursement from the RHCA for qualified expenses?

My experience has always been that when a claim is made to Your Spending Account for RHCA reimbusement, the claim is Denied (lack of funds)

Then YSA submits a request to Merrill Lynch for funds to pay the claim.  Then YSA receives funds and initiate payment.

However I not seen any information on the time line for this sequence of actions.  Please provide.
