WHO WILL PRESENT: Steven Durso, who is the Director of Client Services on the Via Benefits team. He has over 23 years of benefits experience working in multiple roles including customer service and client management. His focus has been on Account Based Plans including all aspects of HRAs, HSAs, and FSAs.

WHY IS THE WEBINAR BEING OFFERED: Via Benefits Accounts (VBA) has been the claims  processer for our HRA and RHCA for the last 3 years, but there are always new things for us to  learn, and there have been a couple recent improvements that he will present.  

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS: You will be able to submit questions during the  webinar and receive answers at that time or by follow-up from Via Benefits or from the Insurance  Committee.
