Via Benefits Accounts (VB) has been the claims processer for our HRA and RHCA since the
beginning of 2022, but there are always new things for us to learn, for examples: why payments are
faster if a claim is submitted online; how unpaid claims carry over from one year to the next; how
long it should take for an approved claim to be paid; the common reasons that claims are denied;
and what to do if a claim is denied
