In today’s digital world, cybersecurity is essential for everyone — and that includes senior citizens, who are increasingly targeted by online scams and cyber threats. Many older adults are using technology more than ever to stay connected with loved ones, manage finances, and access healthcare. Unfortunately, this increased online presence can expose them to risks like phishing, identity theft, and fraud. Ensuring cybersecurity for senior citizens is crucial, not only to protect their personal information and financial assets but also to empower them to use technology safely and confidently. With awareness and the right tools, seniors can enjoy the benefits of the digital world without falling victim to online threats.
