Step 1: Open the Benefit Connect Website
Click to open the official FCA Benefit Connect Portal or the FCA US Retirees Site in a new window.
Step 2: Sign In
Locate the login fields on the screen and enter the following required details:
- Corporate ID (CID): Your unique retiree identification number.
- Last Name: Entered exactly as it appears on your Chrysler documentation.
- ZIP Code: Your current mailing ZIP code on file.
Step 3: First Time Logging In?
If you have never logged in online before, do not use the standard login box:
- Click the link labeled "Register as a New User".
- Verify your identity using your SSN and Date of Birth.
- Create a secure password and choose security questions.
Step 4: Access Your Benefits
Once authenticated, look for the Benefit Connect ESS / MyPenPay links to review pension payments, download tax forms, or adjust direct deposit details.

Navigate directly to the FCA Employee Central Kiosk via your corporate network or authenticated external access.

Step 2: Use Corporate Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enter your standard internal employee login ID (often your CID prefix or corporate email network username) and secure password sequence.

Step 3: Complete Multi-Factor Authentication
When prompted, confirm your login attempt using your authorized secondary security prompt (such as PingID verification code or system SMS notice).

Step 4: Access Benefit Connect
Locate the My Benefits / Benefit Connect link inside the central HR hub application tray to view health, investment, and career benefits.
