NCRO responds to FCA – Peugeot Merger

Proposed FCA Merger with Groupe PSA

You may have seen the recent announcement of the proposed merger between FCA and Groupe PSA. According to the reports, the combined business would be 50% owned by FCA shareholders and 50% by Groupe PSA shareholders. The goal of this combination is to create the fourth largest global OEM and build a stronger presence in important automotive segments and regions.

As your Chrysler/FCA salaried advocacy organization, the National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) is monitoring these developments closely and will work to protect your hard-earned pensions and other benefits as this merger proceeds.

As we learn more about exactly how this merger will take place we will keep you informed.

As always, we thank you for your support.
