Proposed FCA Merger with Groupe Renault

You may have seen the May 27th announcement of the proposal by FCA for a merger with Groupe Renault. According to the announcement, the combined business would be 50% owned by FCA shareholders and 50% by Groupe Renault shareholders. The goal of this combination is to create the third largest global OEM and build a stronger presence in important automotive segments and regions.

As your Chrysler/FCA salaried advocacy organization, the National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) is monitoring these developments closely to ensure that your hard-earned pensions and other benefits are protected as this merger proceeds.

As we learn more about exactly how this merger will take place we will keep you informed.

As always, we thank you for your support.
